  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice*
  • ¼ cup sliced banana
  • ¼ cup nonfat yogurt
  • ½ tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
  2. *For a lower sugar smoothie, substitute almond or coconut milk for the orange juice.
