Blueberry Walnut Smoothie

- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice*
- ¼ cup sliced banana
- ¼ cup nonfat yogurt
- ½ tablespoon chopped walnuts
- ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
- *For a lower sugar smoothie, substitute almond or coconut milk for the orange juice.
