Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
⅓ c. dry oatmeal
⅔ c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 banana
2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. flax seed
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
½ c. ice cubes
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
