Raisins in oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients with 1½ cups water in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes, or until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
