When you are pressed for time in the morning this is a perfect breakfast. Feel free to add an additional ½ cup of whatever fruit happens to be in season if you'd like.
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ c. dry oatmeal
- ⅔ c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
- ½ c. ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
