This Pumpkin Smoothie is delicious and loaded with Vitamin C

- ½ c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. skim milk
- ½ c - 1 c. ice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Note: When making smoothies, always put in the liquid ingredients first. This will prevent the solid ingredients from getting stuck at the bottom.
