Push Past Your Limits

Do you feel like you’ve hit a plateau? Maybe you’ve been doing the same workout for awhile and you’re getting a little bored? Now is not the time to back off. Now is the time to shake up your routine. Boredom is the devil. The one thing that can derail all your hard work faster than anything else is boredom. You’re tempted to stop because it’s not fun anymore, it’s not challenging. Here’s something to consider: You’ll never know your limits until you push past your limits.

The solution? Do SOMETHING different. Anything. Do you usually work out indoors? Take it outside. Are you a hardcore runner? Try taking a kickboxing class or do some Crossfit. Just do something to beat the boredom.
