Ingredients
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute spinach and garlic until spinach starts to wilt. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
