Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Serves: 2
  • 1 cup chocolate almond or coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2 Tbs. smooth natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  1. In blender, combine milk, banana and peanut butter.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. With blender running, add ice and blend until almost smooth.
  4. Serve right away.
