- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute spinach and garlic until spinach starts to wilt. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
