Ingredients
  • 3 oz tuna
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except Romaine in a bowl. Pour salad on top of chopped Romaine. Makes 1 serving.
