Oatmeal Smoothie

When you are pressed for time in the morning this is a perfect breakfast. Feel free to add an additional 1/2 cup of whatever fruit happens to be in season if you’d like.
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 c. dry oatmeal
  • 2/3 c. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
