Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs organic ground turkey
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients.
  2. Lightly grease hands and form into meatballs that are more oval and longer than regular meatballs.
  3. Drizzle meatballs with oil.
  4. Slide meatballs on 6 to 8 skewers.
  5. Gently lift onto a hot grill and grill for 6 – 8 minutes per side.
