Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 4 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Dash freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Hard boil and peel eggs. Cut in half and scoop out yolks.
  2. Mash the avocado and add egg yolks, mustard powder, Worchestershire, yogurt and pepper. Spoon into egg halves.
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
