Apple Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 3 oz tuna
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- juice of ½ lemon
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups chopped Romaine
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except Romaine in a bowl. Pour salad on top of chopped Romaine. Makes 1 serving.
