Berry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. ice
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. protein powder
  • I Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 banana
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
