Broccoli Scrambled Eggs
Great way to get some veggies in at breakfast!
Serves: 1
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  1. Steam broccoli until crisp tender. Scramble eggs and saute with cooked broccoli, rice and soy sauce. Serves 1.
