Broccoli Scrambled Eggs

Great way to get some veggies in at breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Steam broccoli until crisp tender. Scramble eggs and saute with cooked broccoli, rice and soy sauce. Serves 1.
