Ingredients
  • 1 bag mint tea
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. organic dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Steep mint tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Squeeze remaining liquid from tea bag and discard.
  2. Add ice to the tea and combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a tall glass and serve.
