- 1 bag mint tea
- ¼ c. hot water
- ½ c. ice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ½ c. plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1½ tsp. organic dark chocolate chips
- Steep mint tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Squeeze remaining liquid from tea bag and discard.
- Add ice to the tea and combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a tall glass and serve.
