Cilantro Black Bean Burger Salad
 
This salad is not only tasty but super nutritious!

Ingredients
  • 1 black bean burger
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ apple, chopped
  • 1 slice tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
  1. Cook and chop one black bean burger. Add to a plate or bowl and add the next 5 ingredients. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Serves 1.
