Cilantro Black Bean Burger Salad

Ingredients
- 1 black bean burger
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- ½ apple, chopped
- 1 slice tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Cook and chop one black bean burger. Add to a plate or bowl and add the next 5 ingredients. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Serves 1.
