Clean Eating Breakfast Burrito

This makes a satisfying and delicious breakfast. Great for an on the go breakfast also!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 Tbsp shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1 Tbsp salsa
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
Instructions
- Heat tortilla between 2 damp paper towels in microwave for 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and add remaining ingredients to tortila. Roll up and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
