This makes a satisfying and delicious breakfast. Great for an on the go breakfast also!
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 Tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp salsa
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
Instructions
  1. Heat tortilla between 2 damp paper towels in microwave for 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and add remaining ingredients to tortila. Roll up and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
