Who doesn't love chicken salad? Now you can have it without all that high fat calorie filled mayo usually contained in chicken salad.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ c. mustard
  • ½ c. chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill weed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped tomato
Instructions
  1. Shred chicken in food processor and stir in seasonings.
  2. Add tomato.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
