Clean Eating Hummus


Clean Eating Hummus
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 c. canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ⅓ c. tahini
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse for a few minutes until well blended.
  3. Adjust seasonings.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
