Couscous Salad

Ingredients
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 oz salmon, broiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked couscous
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Instructions
- Saute red and green pepper in 1 tsp olive oil. Broil salmon, chop. Toss all ingredients together. Makes 1 serving.
