Couscous Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 oz salmon, broiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked couscous
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Instructions
  1. Saute red and green pepper in 1 tsp olive oil. Broil salmon, chop. Toss all ingredients together. Makes 1 serving.
