Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 egg whites, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Mash the avocado and add remaining ingredients. Serve on whole wheat crackers.
