  • 1/2 avocado
  • 5 egg whites, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado and add remaining ingredients. Serve on whole wheat crackers.
