Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
- 4 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Hard boil and peel eggs. Cut in half and scoop out yolks.
- Mash the avocado and add egg yolks, mustard powder, Worchestershire, yogurt and pepper. Spoon into egg halves.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
