Cranberry Oatmeal

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries or raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- Optional: Low fat milk (almond or coconut milk if desired); 1 Tbsp raw honey
- Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Add oats. Lower heat and stir until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
