Ingredients
2 eggs, scrambled
1 Tbsp shredded cheese
¼ cup diced red pepper
1 Tbsp salsa
1 whole wheat tortilla
Instructions
Heat tortilla between 2 damp paper towels in microwave for 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and add remaining ingredients to tortila. Roll up and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
