Green Smoothie

Have you ever tried a green smoothie? They are delicious!!! Here's a yummy green smoothie you'll love! It's super nutritious and kids LOVE the cool color.
Serves: 1
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Just throw it all in a blender and enjoy.
  2. *The frozen banana is important because it gives the smoothie a very creamy consistency.
