This might be the best guacamole you've ever eaten! Regular guacamole is usually loaded with sour cream or mayo. This is a fresh, good for you alternative. It tastes so good you won't want to eat it any other way.
Serves: 6
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
  • ½ c. chopped red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut avocados in half. Scoop flesh into bowl.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Do not overmix.
