Homemade Peppermint Patties
These a SOOOOO much better than the store bought kind!

Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut cream concentrate (purchase it here)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- dash sea salt
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Mix coconut cream with honey, peppermint extract and sea salt. Shape into discs and freeze on parchment paper on a small pan or baking sheet for 10 minutes.Remove, coat each with chocolat and freeze for 10 minutes.
