Clean Eating Coconut Oatmeal

 

 

Hot Mixed Grain Cereal

Ingredients
  • ½ c. cracked wheat
  • 1½ c. steel cut oats
  • ½ c. rye flakes
  • ½ c. brown rice
  • ¼ c. wheat germ
  • 6½ c water or milk
  • ½ c. raisins
  • ½ c. chopped dates
  • 1½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a 3 qt. (or larger) crock pot. Stir well to combine. Cover.
  2. Set on lowest cooking temperature and cook overnight.
  3. Spoon into bowls in the morning.
