Hot Mixed Grain Cereal

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cracked wheat
- 1 1/2 c. steel cut oats
- 1/2 c. rye flakes
- 1/2 c. brown rice
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 6 1/2 c water or milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch nutmeg
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a 3 qt. (or larger) crock pot. Stir well to combine. Cover.
- Set on lowest cooking temperature and cook overnight.
- Spoon into bowls in the morning.
