Kiwi Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for after your workout. It’s full of antioxidants too!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ c. strawberries
- ½ c. blueberries
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
- ½ c. plain lowfat yogurt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together.
- If you want a frothier smoothie, use frozen fruit.
