Kiwi Berry Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect for after your workout. It’s full of antioxidants too!
Serves: 1
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ c. strawberries
  • ½ c. blueberries
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
  • ½ c. plain lowfat yogurt
  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. If you want a frothier smoothie, use frozen fruit.
