Have you fallen short on accomplishing a goal? Do NOT beat yourself up! Start fresh today. Instead of making long term goals begin with just today. If you go the next 24 hours and accomplish your goal then you are a completely different person at the end of that 24 hour period.

After Day One of meeting your goal you have now become someone who doesn’t smoke or who eats healthy or who doesn’t eat junk food or whatever. The next day make the same decision. Then the next day and then the next.  Pretty soon those 24 hour goals turn into something that will become a permanent change.
