Orange and Walnut Chicken Salad
This main dish salad is healthy and delicious!
Serves: 1
  • 3 oz baked chopped chicken
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 peeled and chopped orange
  • 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  1. Add first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Serves 1.
