Sesame Lemon Broccoli

This is a nice alternative to plain old steamed broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (4 cups)
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Roast sesame seeds in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Place broccoli in saucepan with ½ inch water and bring to a boil. Immediately cover with lid and set timer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and roasted sesame seeds and serve.
