Wait, don’t those who go to Taco Bell generally consume alcohol before they go there?

Alcohol will only be available to those eating in the restaurant so forget about those fantasies of ordering Taco Bell Cabernet at the drive up window. (Sorry, couldn’t resist being snarky.)
