Banana Chocolate Smoothie

I have this smoothie at least once a week. Kids love it too!
Ingredients
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
