Cranberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed
  • Optional: Low fat milk (almond or coconut milk if desired); 1 Tbsp raw honey
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Add oats. Lower heat and stir until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
