- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- Combine all ingredients with 1½ cups water in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes, or until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
